medicines, lab test bookings, and consultation services.
2. Medicine Orders
- Refunds are applicable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
- Damaged, expired, or incorrect medicines delivered are eligible for refund or replacement.
- Opened or used medicines cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Prescription medicines once dispensed are non-returnable unless damaged.
3. Lab Test Bookings
- Full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled before sample collection.
- No refund will be provided after sample collection has been completed.
- If a lab test is cancelled by our partner lab, a full refund will be processed.
4. Doctor Consultations
- If a consultation is cancelled before the scheduled time, refund may be applicable.
- No refund will be issued once the consultation has started or completed.
- If a doctor fails to attend the consultation, a full refund will be provided.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund
amount will be credited back to the original payment method used
during the transaction.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability.
- Services already completed or delivered successfully.
